Do you think residents that lose water due to Oil, Gas, and Mining should have to pay for it?

no i think the residents should find a good lawyer and start talking cl action lawsuit. one who will bring in a geologist to prove it is whats causing the water flow problems.it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the water that is missing is going into that mine a good geologist will be able to show this after studying the ground in the area
