Is this reasonable? i can't handle it.?

So again my boyfriend shows up at my house last night completely bawling his eyes out. I can't get the guy to clam down at all. I'm talking on the phone with my mom sitting next to me for about thirty min with him attempting to talk to me but we can't understand. Mom is not a night person so she was pissed off when he called but finally we understood what he was saying. ( If you don't know the story go to my first question) He was trying to say that i should compromise in our relationship by not talking to someone because he's uncomfortable with me talking to other guys period. Mainly he was trying to get me to say that i would stop talking to a friend to save our relationship. Valentines day is this Saturday and I've already asked him so Sadies. I don't know what to do, but i don't know how much more of this i can take.
