How do I wean my son from...?

If he'll take the cup then ditch all the bottles and give him the cup. It's a lot easier to work with the cups then trying to get rid of the bottles. Just take the cup away once he falls asleep and refill it with water. That way he has a drink if he needs it and it won't go bad.
