To whom do i write to submit my new scientific law- and my discovery of the 5th dimension and get credit forit?

I've stumbled across something so profound that it really applies to everything- including nothing.. upon further research it remains a constant dispite being able to change- basicly is "staticly dynamic" meaning it applies at all times in any given situation- meaning it isn't a theory- it's a law (after scientific gurus embrace it i guess) come to think of it it's dynamically static as well!! this is my single greatest accomplishment and i do not wish to simply hand it away and have credit stolen from me for no good reason- I believe you guys understand (like working for two weeks and then your boss taking your whole paycheck without even one reason) just need some help- largely directions- i'd appreciate it
