What is the skit on comedy central....? COMEDY CENTRAL HELP!!!?

What is the skit on comedy central (i think its SNL) where there is a big little kid (played by an adult) that has blonde hair and a nagging mother and the kid has a high voice? i cant remember :( thanks!
