Which glue to stick and repair resin?

i have a large resin ornament,which i broke and would like to repair as it is just one large piece to fix back on,but i have tried all purpose glue,also "superglue" which normally repairs anything,but they will not seem to get hold and stick this with it being a type of resin or acrylic,i was wondering if silicone would work,or anything else,any ideas would be a great help,thanks in advance
