Santeria, is it all that wrong?

Look My Friend , i also practice Santeria i have been initiated for 2 years in both Ocha (Santo) which my Santo to is yemaya , and i Have been initiated in Ifa (The Initiation that makes you a babalawo) I love my religion deeply and i really hope you do to , but im gonna level with you your 17 which means that next year you will be a legal adult , you have the right to practice any religion you want and as far as the situation goes ok their your dad and you dont want problems , just stay away from the topic , you should'nt have to hide your religion but also dont bring it up in front of your dad i mean , Both my Aunts are Pentacostal , we Hardly ever bring up religion and we've had great realationship , well thats my advice o and about this being a cult , first of anyone is alowed in the religion and no one is forced to stay in the religion and second about us worshipping satan , im gonna say something and pleas i dont want you to think about this to much because this has to do with ifa (the other branch of the religion with babalawos) there is a signo ( a sign of ifa which helps you guideline your life) that actually has these to santos called LOS IBEYIS or Jimaguas that talks about the Devil BEING DEFEATED , ok well im very sorry this is so long and i hope you have time to read this , please remember do what is true to yourself and the same with your mom , who if im not mistaken practices the religion to , I Sincerly wish you luck and may god and all the santos guide you.
