Batman 3 (new series)!!!!!!?

ok so the new batman movie is meant to be released on july 20th 2012 and there has been strong rumors that it will be the riddler in the 3rd installment and nolan has ruled out mr freeze and the return of the joker due to him not wanting anyone else to take on the role of the joker because to him heath ledger " owned the part". i would really like to see the riddler in the 3rd one but am curious to who would play and own this role. any thoughts?????????
