Do you think this type of weapon will be possible?

I once watched an anime film, I forget the name of this film, anyway some spaceship launched something called an S-bomb(Schwartzchild Bomb) at an enemy planet. The projectile struck the planet and formed an artificial singularity (black hole) and quickly swallowed the planet. Is this technology even remotely possible in the near future? I'm certainly frightened by the prospect. We don't need another super weapon.
