How do i fire an LLC member- more specific?

Posted previously: My LLC has 3 members, I am president. All doented equal shareholders. The company is in TN and FL. One member needs to be gone. It is a really small company with very little ets. How do I get rid of him? Do I have any power, being pres? If I have to buy him out, can he ask for an extreme amount in which the company isn't even worth? I just want him out so I can move on, he's ruining our reputation. The other problem is the other member is his friend. Can they rebel and get rid of me? Can I just ignore this and open another company as a sole proprietor? I know nothing of this and need honest help. I am a subcontractor and need my own business name to work, and it is expensive to start a company.
