How do you put 1 km = .621 miles in a proportion 1 quart = .946 liters in a proportion & 1 gram = .0022 in one?

please explain how you did it imm soo confused my science teacher dosnt explain anything and when he does he makes no sence ill try asking 4 hlp but he explains it the same way PLEASE HELP
